PHO (pronounced ‘fuh’) PDX is a fast-casual restaurant serving Vietnamese and Thai dishes in the Portland metro area. Although phở (a popular Vietnamese noodle soup) may be our namesake, our menu also boasts a strong variety of other salad, noodle, and rice dishes.
Every dish we serve is fresh and made-to-order. Absolutely no cutting corners here. We do all of this to achieve our one simple mission: to keep your taste buds thriving without breaking your wallet.
